It was back in May of 2022, we placed two beehives at the bottom of the garden overlooking the fields. Unlike most folk, I decided to go along the self-taught route, so I purchased a book, 'A Dummies Guide to Beekeeping'. If being totally honest, it's the only book I've ever read from start to finish.

What started as a hobby very quickly turned into a genuine passion. In life, like a game of cards, we're all dealt different hands. That year I was made redundant from my then full-time job, so I made a very bold decision to try turn this passion into career, so Hive & Honey was born.
