Using our light summer honey we add a secret blend of nine varieties of chillies and allow them to slowly infuse over a period of 30 days whilst maintaining every bit of goodness of our pure Lancashire honey.
After an immediate hit of light sweet honey, a kick of chilli slowly starts to come through and then lingers on the tastebuds. It's been a knock-out at the farmers markets.

Our honey is unprocessed and may contain very tiny particles of pollen and wax all of which are perfectly safe to consume.
Pure honey can set over time. If this happens simply warm gently to return to its runny consistency.
