Raw Lancashire Honey, slowly infused with a secret blend of nine varieties of chillies.
Chilli Honey
Light summer honey, slowly infused with nine varieties of raw chillies.
Using our light summer honey we add a secret blend of nine varieties of chillies and allow them to slowly infuse over a period of 30 days whilst maintaining every bit of goodness of our pure Lancashire honey.
After an immediate hit of light sweet honey, a kick of chilli slowly starts to come through and then lingers on the tastebuds. It's been a knock-out at the farmers markets.
Amazing over cheese, pizza, fish, stir-fries, drizzle over your porridge to kick start your day, or drizzled over sausages for a chilli banger barm cake.
