Our first harvest of the year, honey produced from the bees pollinating the rapeseed fields and foraging on spring flowers. We leave the honey to set naturally before we delicately churn it over a period of two weeks resultig in a honey that has a velvet cream-like consistency.

Our honey is unprocessed and may contain very tiny particles of pollen and wax all of which are perfectly safe to consume.
Pure honey can set over time. If this happens simply warm gently to return to its runny consistency.
Store at room temperature.
