Raw Honey & Ginger

Pure Lancashire Honey infused with raw ginger.

Using our light summer honey we add finely chopped raw ginger and allow both the honey and the ginger to slowly infuse over a period of 30 days. We do this at hive temperature, ensuring we maintain every bit of goodness of our pure Lancashire honey.

It's sweet with a warming kick of ginger running through.

Amazing over porridge, in cups of tea, simply mix with hot water and a slice of lemon, nice over yoghurt, paired with cheese, drizzle over salmon or over your stirfry.

Ginger Honey is perfect for helping with cold and flu symptoms and is rich in anti-inflammatory properties.
